Day trips.

Planning a day trip for your group, association etc. and would like to meet over a cuppa and something to eat.

Emergency information.

If you plan to leave your vehicle or campsite for longer than 12 hours, 

please leave a note on the dashboard with the following details: 

your departure date, expected return date, car registration number, and your destination. 

This way, you can be reached, in case of an emergency, especially since mobile phones do not work in this area.

 Capertee is the gateway to the Capertee Valley and a good stopping point if you have been driving a long while, as there are toilets and seating in the Clarence Pirie Park.

Capertee township came about due to the homesteads and mining activities that occurred in the area. Be inspired by the dramatic landscape at Gardens of Stone.
